The hotly anticipated first party title Super Smash Bros Brawl, won't work on some Wiis, because the dual layered disk used for SSBB isn't being read properly do to "contamination on the lens of the disc drive". Thankfully Nintendo will rectify the problem free of charge, but you'll have to send your Wii in.

It seems like a colossal oversight on Nintndo's part to let something as menial as dirty lenses slip by and cause problems.

Especially with their track record; from my own personal experience and from what I've heard they produce very reliable and well made consoles.
