If you have any question on the details, I think I have most common questions answered in this previous email. Upcoming Specialty Gamer Progress: Opening the Specialty Gamer Marketplace is now my top priority for the website. I have the store in place, but it needs to be configured and have the inventory, billing, etc. other details set up. I will be setting up credit card acceptance and building up my business credit this week, among other things. At some point by the end of the year, I will have regular new items (in addition to used/collectible items of course) in stock you can get at other game store - such as the Nintendo Wii system and selective new release titles and items. "Selective" meaning not every blockbuster will be carried such as Madden - only games and items I personally feel fits the areas of interest (ahem... niche...) for Specialty Gamer. I try to carry various import items and things not commonly found at mall/chain game stores. And being that you are subscribers to the SpGa Newsletter, I will give you the courtesy of advance notice on new release and limited type items. As far as timeframe goes, I really can't give a definate date when I expect any or all of that to be completed as I'm learning how to do these things, but still its my first time for doing many of these things. Personally and professionally, this is a major step for me and Specialty Gamer. For pretty much every notable [and not so] update to Specialty Gamer, you are welcome to check the ProgLog, (http://www.specialtygamer.com/proglog/) which is my business progress journal. I realise its not exactly a very interesting read if you are not me; I keep it mainly to track my own progress, but still it is there for anyone who is interested in knowing. I was just at a very intensive business workshop over the last three days, so I have a lot of exciting ideas that I want to implement with the Specialty Gamer website and business, hopefully as soon as possible. My regular callout for new Authors: Being that I actually own and run the Specialty Gamer website, I of course like to bring attention to my own articles. But maybe you don't find my topics very interesting and have ideas for topics you would like to see. Well, why not get in touch to become an author and write about it yourself?
