Upgraded my Magento software to the latest version again.  Unsure how to set up my merchant account however, so left a message with my merchant services guy at the bank. 

Elsewhere, I'm checking out the Microsoft Small Business Summit, a free four day online (no actual location) expo with various teleconferences online.  Its Monday thru Thursday this week, so I was ready at 9 AM, the start time.  I log in and at 9:20, twenty minutes after the stated start time I see nothing.  I use Mozilla FireFox, so think maybe the Small Business Summit only works on Internet Explorer, being that its sponsored by Microsoft (ridiculous if so, since I believe most people have switched to FireFox by now than use Internet Explorer).  So I open the website with IE, and I do get a little video player that wouldn't show up correctly in FireFox, but still no video feed or anything. 

I checked to make sure I have the latest version of Flash installed, so that's not the problem.  I've done teleconferences before, but this is the first issue I've had.  Checking in at the end, there is some video feed on IE, but still not working on FF.  Oh well...  The website itself isn't very clear on where to go and what to do anyways, which is a shame.
