Capital One Image Card request rejected

If anyone has seen those commercials for Capital One, they heavily advertise the option of being able to upload your own picture for use as your credit card.

Hey, cool!  So I uploaded this picture for use - which Btw, I occasionally use as my desktop picture.

I have a thing for marmots and rodents, so that's why I like this picture.

I recieved this response from Capital One:

Sorry, we were unable to approve the image you submitted
Sorry the image you submitted for your Capital One® Image CardSM has been rejected. We will not approve any images that contain the following:

Celebrities such as actors, musicians, athletes, or cartoons.

Interesting...  I didn't know this marmot was a celebrity.  Dang.

They turn down everything. They turned down 3 of my picture I took on my phone because one had a state flag in it and the other was "copyrighted." Thats right, a picture I took was apparently copyrighted. They claimed that a similar picture could be found in a google search. Last time I checked, you need to do a little more than make something available on google to copyright it.
They turned down an image I created myself. The image in question is my original creation and does contain any words, celebrities, etc. I called them to ask why it was rejected. The lady asked in a surprised voice, "How do you create this?". I told her and then she put me on hold to do some research and upon returning said she would submit it again. I'm waiting to see if it gets rejected again...
