What a game! It honestly makes the 32X completely worth owning. It has other good games, don't get me wrong, but Kolibri is certainly my favorite of the ones I've played.

I know it will never happen, but a revival of this franchise would be amazing for a handheld. If they added ad-hoc support it would be a blast to play with friends.

Penny Arcade definitely wasn't lying when they called it "arguably the finest hummingbird-based shooter on the 32X"

What does that normally go for on the used game market?

I'd say its more just hard to locate than expensive.  If you dig, you can pick up a cartridge only Kolibri for $20 or so.  Its going to be harder and way more spendy to find a complete boxed copy though as most people threw away the paper 32X game boxes the games came in.
