I've been playing through a lot of my old Sega games, and I will have to say that the DreamCast has an awesome selection of games.  If it wouldn't have been marketed the way it was, it could have possibly been a more viable system.  I've been playing through Seamen, Sonic Adventure, Quake III, and ChuChu Rocket.  What are everyone else's favorite games?

I love the dreamcast, and got to work at a Gamestop when it launched.  I have to say that it was marketed great at first.  In actuality, it broke single day sales for video game consoles sold within 24 hours.  The problem is that the "reason" that many sega collectors like the system is because it offered great "non traditional" US games.  Games like Giga Wing 1 and 2, Mars Matrix, Project Justice, Tech Romancer, just to name a few were just not what was selling huge numbers at the the heyday of the system.  Sega should have gone back to their orginal roster of games and did more with franchises like Golden Axe, Streets of Rage, Hang On, etc.  My personal favorites for the system include Soul Calibur, Crazy Taxi, Zombie Revenge, Sword of Berzerk, and Demolition Racer.

I've never played Zombie Revenge.  A buddy of mine has it, but I've just never taken the time to borrow it.  I'm going to try that game this weekend see what it's like.

Ah yes, Sonic Adventure is one of the best - there is so much you can do in that one.  Way better than Sonic Adventure 2 in my opinion.  Seaman is nice, but its such maintenance.  If you miss a few days, then he dies and its really heartbreaking to have to start over again.

My own DreamCast faves:  Omikron, Shenmue and NBA2k.  NBA 2k is my all time DreamCast fave and clearly my most played DreamCast game.  I didn't think NBA2k1 or any of the later of the series were as good as 2k.  Another good game, not exactly a fave but I like it a lot is Elemental Gimmick Gear.

My Dreamcast collection is pretty small, but JetGrind Radio is at the top of my list.

Hard question, but my favorite may be Tech Romancer.  I like mechs, anime, fighters, and lots of story.  The game had all of it.

I also really liked Jet Grind Radio, Samba De Amigo, and many others (big Dremcast fan, bought mine on 9/9/99 at midnight).

I had forgot about Mars Matrix, that is a good game too. I'm going to have to go find that one now.

I actually just sold my copy to someone not too long ago, for a good deal.

It's pretty good, but I kind of preferred Gigawing 2 and Gunbird 2 personally (so I kept them).
