I have finally had the privilege of playing all 3 versions of the game: Dreamcast , Playstation 2, & Xbox.  I would have to say hands down the Dreamcast version wins.  Now it does take a hit because the Dreamcast controller isn't the best in the world but just from the general feel of the game, the Dreamcast version comes out on top.  The movements feel more fluid on this version.  The Xbox version, even though I hate to admit it, is probably the worst of the 3.  Mind you, all 3 versions are good, but if you have the ability, the Dreamcast version is definitely the way to go.
