Was going through my systems to make room for my PS3, and noticed I hadn't played my Saturn in a while.  Was going to straight box it up, but remembered I had some games I hadn't played in a while.  Popped in Area 51 and played through my save of Panzer Dragoon Saga.  Really made me remember why I picked up a Sega Saturn in the first place.  It does have some really great games, but just didn't get a lot of love.

I wish I had PDS.  One of the ones I don't have.

I caught it by pure chance at a yard sale one day.  Heavily scratched and no case or manual.  Had it resurfaced and plays fine.

Definitely, only paid $2.  I can't remember what I paid for the resurfacing, but since it work, doesn't really matter I guess.

$2? Sweet deal.... I wish I would have gotten one back when TRU cleared them out many years ago for $15... imagine what it would be worth today.... I'd be happy with a nice beatup yard sale copy so I could play it and see what all the hype is about....

I picked up a new game for my Saturn this weekend. Madden NFL 98. I really am surprised at how decent of a game it actually is.  Was expecting crap but was a solid Madden game.

I love the Madden series and decided to pick up all the ones I could.  Found all them on different consoles, except for John Madden Football II.

Hope you didn't pay more than a dollar for it.  If I'd known you would be interested in a copy of that - I would have GIVEN MAdden 98 to you complete.  I got some sports titles, many complete for the SEGA Saturn you can HAVE if you want some more stuff to play.

It was marked two dollars but since I was buying up a bunch of the Maddens, they gave a couple to me for free.  I'm going to go back at some point and start getting more Saturn games, so I might take you up on that at some point.

Seriously, do.  I got a lot of Saturn games and stuff like the Maddens and other sports titles I pick up as extras in bundles for the stuff I really wanted.  Stuff like that is worth nothing to me and too much of a hassle to sell for dollars or quarters so they usually end up in my free/as-is box anyways.

The Saturn is beautiful. For my 17th birthday, and this wasn't planned, my friends and I stayed up all night playing Bust-a-Move on it. I love that game.
