Don't know.  Just signed up to PlaySEGA last week.  Poked around in there a little bit.  Looks like its only been up since middle of October so far and the website is still in Beta, so not everything is ready to go yet.

As far as playable games on the website, there is only a handful on there now - only about one per category.  The only specific game I see so far is at the Olympic Games.
